Her eyes are bigger than the moon
Her smile is brighter than the sun
I would wrestle down a star
If she asked me for one

Happy Birthday Molli!!!!

Click here for an explanation of the Greg's Blog™ Rating System School of Rock (2003) - Good Good Good Good Good - This is quite possibly the best movie ever. Because this movie mirrored some aspects of my life (getting fired from a band for being too outrageous on stage? Remember The Culprits?) it's hard for me to judge it objectively, but if you worship the power and mystery of rock and roll, you must see this movie.
Jack Black turns in a perfect performance, but all of his supporters, especially the kids, carry their own weight. I'm amazed that a movie which expresses such great ideas (such as that rock and roll is all about your attitude and not about how you look) is so popular, but I guess it's just a tribute to Black's performance and the great script and direction.

You Can't Take it With You (1938) - Good Good Good - Any Frank Capra movie is by definition going to be a little corny (they call it Capra-corn,) and this one is on the extreme of that scale. That said, it's got lots of colorful characters and funny dialog, and a sweet ending that sure to leave a smile on your face.

Sean at one

We took Sean to the doctor today for his one year checkup. He was a champ as usual. He now officially weighs 21.091 pounds and is 30 3/4 inches tall. The nurse said that's 30th percentile for weight and 80th percentile for length.
It's hard to believe he's a year old. At first it didn't seem like it was going fast but now it sure does. We turned his car seat around so now he faces forward just like a big kid!
I must salute Molli for being such a caring, sensitive, hard-working, and fun mom! She's a natural. And many thanks to all our family and friends for your help and support!
